At Soharicmedia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our policy below for refunds, exchanges, and damaged/defective items.

1. Refund Policy

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached)

• The request is made within 14 days of delivery

• You provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Final sale items (marked "non-refundable")

• Used, damaged, or altered items

• Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

🔄 Refund Process

1. Email [email protected] with:

   • Your order number

   • Photos of the item(s)

   • Reason for return

2. We'll email you a prepaid return label (if eligible)

3. Ship items back within 7 days of approval

4. Refund processed within 5 business days after we receive your return

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

🔄 Available Exchanges

We offer free size/color exchanges within 30 days for:

• Wrong size received

• Different color preference

• Defective/wrong items sent

📦 How to Exchange

1. Email [email protected] with:

   • Order number

   • Photos of the item (if defective)

   • Desired replacement details

2. We'll send a prepaid return label

3. Ship your item back, and we'll dispatch your replacement immediately

4. You'll receive tracking info once shipped

*Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.*

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

1. Take clear photos of:

   • The damaged/defective area

   • The packaging (if damaged during shipping)

2. Email them to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery

3. We'll either:

   • Send a free replacement immediately

   • Issue a full refund if the item is out of stock

No need to return defective items (unless requested).

• Returned items must include all original tags and packaging

• We recommend using tracked shipping for returns

• Sale items are final purchase unless defective

• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
